With Airbourne, The Datsuns and The Donnas, BugGiRL were hailed in UKs Classic Rock Magazine as a "TNT Dynamite New Music Artist" carrying the Rock n’ Roll flame into the future. Monster Aussie label Impedance Records wasted little time signing BugGiRL in 2009, with an August world-wide release of “Blood, Sweat and Beers” (produced by Mark Opitz - AC/DC’s "Powerage", "Let There be Rock" & Rose Tattoo’s "Blood Brothers").
